Perverted or generally very lascivious man, often in advanced age. The term is used both when the person in question has committed sexual harassment and when they appear to show sexual attraction or interest towards a woman, often if she is much younger. The word can also be used in a mocking sense, for example, to tease a friend who is dating a younger girl.

Today, a 60 y.o. rattuso man molested me on the tram! I turned around and slapped him.
