A state of depression, ennui, or melancholy brought on by the sheer profusion of terrible news in the media. A state often made more pronounced when reading online comments on those news stories by trolls and morons.

My state of mediacholy was so pronounced that not even a photo of the royal wedding could make me forget the news about the tornadoes in Alabama and the images of suffering.

It was bad enough reading that a congressman from Michigan wanted to create a law that all foster children must wear secondhand clothes; but I sank into a state of mediacholy after reading so many online comments from readers who had even more draconian suggestions for victimizing foster children.

The actions taken by news reporting agencies that fail to fact check and verbosely report fake news to the public as real news.

Relates to Partycide when news media only reports the fake press releases from the political party killing itself.

CNN committed mediacide by not checking it's sources and facts.

She is the most amazing,beautiful and intelligent person you will ever meet. She is so much fun to be around and loves to have fun and live life to the fullest. She has amazing style and can be a diva sometimes. She supports her friends all the time . She isn’t selfish and always thinks of others. She sees herself as fat and ugly but really all the boys love her. She has a hard past but pushes forward. She is an amazing friend and a amazing girlfriend .
