Mostly seen in Facebook or MySpace (female) stalker.
It's the girl that just wants attention, and usually flakes out on the actual hookup. Or she is the total opposite, she's a complete slut for you.

She wants to be your girlfriend but has little to no previous history of actually hanging out with you. She likes to comment on all of your pictures, sending hints that she's "down".

2.Claim they own (a) certain male celebrity(ies)
3.Always are a nuisance.
4.Create notebooks full of pictures they printed.Otherwise, wasting ink.
5. Good for the economy (because they buy more ink)
6. Obsessive females that turn into groupies or are alredy groupies.
7. Females that get angered with the fact that other Females say they own their certain celebrity and briskly say' She wishes.I own him I own him!!'

Fangirls may also appeal to female celebrities.

Many women surrounding the male celebrity were screaming and hollering, one of them ripping off the shirt from his back, causing a Feeding frenzy of fan girls.

fan girling 

Any girl extremely obsessed with any celebrity, t.v. show, movie, book, or other entertainment/media who is participating in fan actitivities such as message boards, fanfiction, or conventions.

Has been used in the past as derogatory but has become less and less in certain fandoms. Fan girling frequently happens with large amounts of squee.

The noun would be fangirl or occasionally fengirl, though the later is usually used as plural.

Her whole message board was fan girling over the new episode.

a group of overly and frighteningly obsessive females who basically worship (a) certain celebrity(ies)- often males, mostly for their look(s).

They would do almost anything to get attention from their idol(s), especially if they are internet stars.

A fan girl can be easily recognised:
"OMG! I LOVE YOU. CAN I PLEASE HAVE YOUR BABIES?"

most common use of fan girls:
- to gain ridiculously high popularity on online websites. E.g. tumblarity tumblr; followers twitter, dailybooth; subscribers youtube; etc.
