A type of work flow characterized by unexpected shortfalls in relevant reasoning, logical work flows or understanding.

When you trying to use smart workflows and are constantly getting hit or nailed by dumb workflows colloquially known as dumbflows. Can sometimes hold up other workflows or processes.
