1.To exhibit a cringing amount affection and flattery to please a baby like speaking in a high pitched voice, screaming, fondling the baby.
Usually used to describe females who over-react upon seeing a baby.

Girl: "OMG he's so adorable! I want to squeeze it so hard that his eyeballs pop out!"
Guy: "Calm down, you are such a babylicker!"
