This line, added to the end of a sentence, will make anything sound green, bad, or horny.
#1 I went to the bathroom, if you know what I mean.

#2 I went home, if you know what I mean.

#3 I went out, if you know what I mean.

#4 I said hi to my best friend, If you know what I mean.

#5 I played with my friends, if you know what I mean

#6 I ate at Mcdonalds, if you know what I mean

I know what you mean... 

A variation of "that's what she said." Usually expressed with obvious knowledge, but in fact, they are taking your words completely out of context.
Sam: Are Tracey and Caleb expecting kids soon?
Leslie: No... they're just taking some time to get to know each other...
Sam: Ohh, I know what you mean...
Leslie: *confused stare*
