A person who attends a lot of social activities. Akin to a social butterfly. Someone who gets around in a non-sexual, yet highly social manner.

Jerry: I went to all of these events this weekend; I saw insert person and I ran into insert person and I had a great conversation with insert person.

The fatty mass of tissue located around a human's posterior that serves the purpose of cushioning the impact of falling while trying to climb a set of stairs with the pants down around the ankles.

The postman's oomple bomp was red and raw after his twenty-third fall while trying to get up the stairs with his pants down around his ankles.
