Prowling with intent. It's like slicked back hair, open shrit, greasy, easy chat up likes like 'is there a mirror in your pants?' and smelling like old spice and trying hard to smoo on the opposite sex.

Can also mean trying to sweet talk someone. Usually to gain sexual favours.
