'Norfy' is derived from a mispronunciation of the English word 'naughty':

Specifically, the mispronunciation of a norfy Italian woman. The meaning of the term has since diverged, norfy refers primarily to misbehaviour specifically in the context of the use of narcotics or the sexual arena.
