Abbreviated version of "nigger dog." Slang for "freind." Not used derogatorily, but as a term of brotherly affection.
Often repeted in an unusual accent at high speeds, I.E. "Nigdognigdognigdog"

"Hey nigdog! Get your ass over here and give me some of that food!"
"Aight, nigdog."
