A generic derogatory term. Many attempts have been made to define it, but it's used too widely to pin it down.

From the film, Mean Streets (1973):

Johnny Boy:
"We won't pay because this guy is a... mook."

Jimmy:
"But I didn't say nothin."

Joey:
"We don't pay mooks!"

Jimmy:
"A mook. I'm a mook... What's a mook?
"You can't call me a mook!"

A fight then ensues.

mini mook

A mini mook is defined as a miniature blunt, usually about half the size in length of a full L and generally contains between a .2 and .4 of marijuana. Mini mooks are most commonly smoked by only one person due to the little amount of bud in the blunt.
