2. When a decline in one thing causes a decline in something else.

1.a. "I just domino declined Sarah's party. Now I don't have to go to her sister's birthday, her brother's wedding or her Grandma's funeral. SCORE."

1.b. "I just domino declined the cheerleading team. I said I can't go to this week's practise so they said not to bother going in for the rest of this term!"

the act of drinking vodka so excessively that one literally goes from tipsy to on the verge of alcohol poisoning within an hour. may result in, but not limited to excessive regurgitation (especially on floors), low pulse, extreme solo dancing, 24+ hour hangover, and cancellation of all previously formulated plans.

1) The trend of university freshers getting shitter each year, i.e. participating in less extra-curricular activity, going out less, lowered promiscuity

2) The trend seen with university clubs and societies, in which attendance from fresher members of the group declines to negligible levels over the semester(s)

Person A: Attendance from freshers has tanked the past couple of months
Person B: Yeah man, freshers decline is a bitch

An exclamation used to express disapproval, disgust, and/or a refusal to a request. Commonly has emphasis on the first syllable.

Me: I failed that chemistry exam from last week.
Friend: Decline! Can you make it up?
Me: No...
Friend: Double decline!

(emphasis on the first syllable in the following example)
Me: This fnasty guy hit on me on the train today.
Friend: DEEEcline!
