1. A suit or device that makes a person almost invincible or untouchable.

2. A reference to the Goomba's Shoe in Super Mario Brothers 3 for the NES or Kuribo's Shoe in Super Mario All-Stars for the SNES that allows the wearer to walk (bounce) Safely across otherwise deadly plants.
3. An unobtainable level of safety

That guy is tough. You'd need a boot suit to take him on.

Euphemism for black. Used to circumvent censor bots when making comments on the internet.

The newspaper reported the perp's age, gender, height, weight, clothing and car but not his race. Of course, everyone knows it was a scuba suit.
