CretSack

Cretsack (little) or Crethole; derived from the Latin word ‘cretin’ is a person who can be described as a ‘cretin’ and ‘ball sack’ or ‘cretin’ and ‘ass hole’ respectively, thus forcing you to combine both words to make Cretsack/Crethole. Meanig the lowest of low, a real stupid person, truly idiotic or waste of skin. Be sure to use correctly as the ‘hole’ version of the word can be used with comedic purposes as ‘banter’ however the ‘sack’ equivalent should only ever be used as a direct insult and intended to abuse verbally.

‘Oh my god, Hayley tied my shoes together, what a crethole!’
