Stoned. A reference to Prop 19, California's marijuana legalization ballot proposition. Originated in an email from Ben Huh to Conde Nast, offering to buy Reddit: "I’m Ben Huh, and I run the Cheezburger Network (which includes The Daily What, if you were too Prop 19’d to notice)."

The cop was trying to pull me over, but I was too Prop 19'd to notice.
