This word originated from a stream of weird tiktok videos depicting people puking. On the top of the video there was a man singing a song that had the lyrics, “and touch the sound of silence.”

In other words, it means to vomit.

Guy 1: “Bro you good?”

Guy 2: “Nah, I think im gonna *Touch the sound of silence* man.”

Question people ask that either try to make a point, have an hiden agenda or truly trying to help you out.

Should be used in therapy sections.

Person one: Were you silent or were you silenced?
Person two: Silent, I will never let somebody tell to be me silence about who I am... they don't have the right or authority. Especially if all their intentions are to cause harm.

Layered silence

The act of one person ignoring another with sounds around them (tv, music, traffic, restaurant noise, etc.). The less time of silence the quicker the person realizes their indiscretions/fault and concedes to the other person being correct. The longer or no response is the disgust the wrong person has towards the correct individual and continued disagreement.

Person 1: The sky is blue. Person 2: layered silence (see description) or agreement/disagreement
