The Tit Gang , is a street gang based in Parts of Hunting Valley and Pepper Pike that is involved in drugs, theft, and murder, among other criminal activities. The predominately White American gang is traditionally associated with the name tit and a number used before each of the gang members names. They also have an very noticeable gang sign which is holding T with the fingers to represent where they are from.
