Delegator Extraordinaire refer to lazy or poor leader that delegates their leadership responsibilities to their competent employees. In turn, the DE accepts fully credit for for everyone's hard work and credits no one but themselves.

Leader: Thank you all for showing up to MY meeting let 's begin. Subordinate: (under her/his breath) What a Delegator Extraordinaire she/he just took complete credit for my hard work!
