To be called a reeweef is an insult. A reeweef is a person who says a joke and believes that it's funny, but in actuality, the joke either makes no sense at all or just isn't funny in any way. This person is usually cocky in some way, and they are usually disliked by a majority of their peers. These people tend to not have very many friends, and in many cases, some have no friends at all. Not many people can handle being near a person like this, which is why reeweefs don't have many friends.

(Verb) To say something that no one responds to, and then saying the same thing again, usually louder than before, in anticipation of a response. In reality, everyone heard you the first time, but they don't give a shit - that's why you were ignored. But you say the same thing again anyway and still get no response. That's because no one cares, you retard. This person then typically changes the subject to try to alleviate the awkward silence that follows.

Dumbass: I just took five bong hits!
