deez nets

A 3v3 basketball team known for having fun and making the other team RAGE! As well as coming back from being down by 10 points or more.

Deez nets made the other team rage from their funny smack talk. Even tho they were losing, they made the opponents so angry that they were able to come back and win it.

The entire crowd was supporting deez nets.

The ref loved blowing his whistle and saying "DEEZ NETS BALL"

net cred

The nerd equivalent of street cred. It is essentially a person's trustworthiness (or 'cred' for 'credibility') as someone who knows what's up on the Internet. The fewer degrees of separation one has from the cradles of new developments - such as following the right accounts on Twitter, being there when the very first incarnation of a new meme-to-be ever got posted on an imageboard, etc. - the more net cred one has. Essentially: a qualitative measure of one's experience with or knowledge of the Internet as a community at large.

You got 10k followers on Twitter because of your cyber news channel on YouTube? Boy, I guess you must legit have a lot of net cred with quite a few of people then, huh?
