A adjective that can't be used to describe anything at all excluding some religious exceptions. Some people still use it anyway even though their sentence is wrong.

Person 2: Thanks! But it isn't that good, nothing is actually perfect, and everything can improve!
Person 1: That explanation was perfect, I understood it all!
