A special condition in which you or any of your friends has a special attraction to fat girls or BBWs (big beautiful women). Symptoms can last as short as 1 week to as long as a year. BBW Syndrome is contracted through hanging out with other people with BBW syndrome.

A disease in which the infected has an illogical need to take selfies no matter how ugly or pretty the infected is or how terrible the selfies turn out. Usually, the victim is an ugly, overweight girl, however, these girls can spread it to even the prettiest of girls.
