She was a very nice person until she befriended a possessive emo bitch names Ella Thompson, ew the thought of her makes me want to fucking sit my bare ass on fire, so she is a piece of shit because Ella made her become a horrible person, The first few victims were her male friends named Lucas Castle, Oscar King and Noah Upton, these three were dropped out of her friendship circle, Lucas was innocent and kind until Phoebe changed the way he acted, making him a disloyal repulsive little shit, Noah was just doing his own shit, and Oscar just didn't want to be friends anymore, fast forward to end of 2022, she suddenly tries to befriend Lucas after a boy named Shahwaiz threw a water bottle and scared her, she then became a asshole again mid-late 2023, later on they just became enemies again, and Noah and Lucas had complications until it was solved and we both just plain hates Phoebe, ending the 2024 year on a positive note, or is it.
Phoebe would then go after Holly Scott, posting her private stuff and making fun of her, which I think is fucked up because WHY? And then things just stopped, hopefully in the future Phoebe expects no spare fucking change and dies on the street due to starvation.
