When a mentally disabled person gets a slight burst of "Excitement" or burst of "Energy". Following these slight bursts in behavior they can only produce random sperts and noises, the popular noise is known as "Beugh".

(Mom enters the house and the mentally disabled boy gets excited) "Oh my gosh mom! I-I-I uh-uh-uh, BEUGH BEUGH."

(The teacher asks the mentally ill student a question, but he gets to much excitement and responds with "Beugh) "Hey john would you like to help me with this math problem on the board?" John Replies "BEUGH"
