This is used as a term for male breasts or boy tiddies, if you will. Some people might have the urge to nestle into them or suck them if they are that voluptuous. This can be gazed at from afar or admired up close. Some examples of someone with biddies is Bakugou Katsuki, Wonho and RM.

None of my friends have biddies and it’s really sad.
