Also can be related to Sheen family of actors (Martin, Charlie and Emilio Estevez), who have dense foreheads.

someone who follows the rules all the time and generally has no fun. Someone who associates with these guidelines to the fullest extent probably has a literal square head, because it is filled with no fun. Also, they tend to stink.

Schmill Connor has such a square head. all he does is follow the rules and has no fun in his life. I cant even eat around him because of his odorous smell and his lack of fun.
