Fiction is usually loosely based on reality and real people, it just adds exaggeration and misinformation to the point that it would never be legit in real life to anyone that didn't create it as anything but fiction.
A work of fiction or a fictional character is usually loosely based on a real person in real life, with some obvious deviations from reality (comic books being an example, people dont fly around without motors, rotors, or wings). A fictional character in a movie is usually a human, so the character is based on the behavior of someone somewhere, even if it's made more interesting or entertaining for the book/movie/medium of delivery.

Come on skeptic... that is low hanging fruit. Ok? I did enjoy the video but come one. Why do you think I didn’t do that one? Too easy. Easy mode.
Hym “I was going to save the fictional character thing as my trump card but he’s fat fingering my definition about how “once you fight God in any story there is not way to continue the story.” Man, it’s too easy though. You can do better than that.”

a character from your favorite Tv Show,Book or Movie that you hate so much, that they are your enemy even though they don’t exist.
Person A: Ugh, that gangster guy from Squid Game makes my skin crawl and my ass itch.
Person B: I guess he’s your Fictional Nemesis.
