Girlies are the girls that are nice, positive and uplifting to other girls, and don't demonize hyper-femininity.

If you put a word before girlie, its a girl that likes or relates to that thing that thing like "Your piano song sounds amazing your such a piano girlie!"

Example one:
"I love your outfir girlie!!"
"Omg thank you your literally so cute!"

Example two:
"The house I'm painting just does not look right"
