Scarlett Syndrome

An eating habit based on an incident in Margaret Mitchell's Gone with the Wind when Scarlett O'Hara is invited to the Wilkes BBQ but eats from a tray in her bedroom before going out. Scarlett habitually eats in private before going out in public so that others will believe she is feminine and graceful due to her small appetite. Mammy says that girls who do not eat before going out will "gobble like a hog" and put off potential beaux. At the BBQ, Scarlett only nibbles on a biscuit to the delight of the many men surrounding her, who see her lack of appetite as dainty and feminine.

Fear and avoidance of eating in public due to the connection of small appetite and attractiveness and large appetite and unattractiveness (for women).

chesney syndrome

this refers to a guy that appears to be attractive with a hat on but once the hat is removed you realize he is in fact balding and/or not attractive hatless, like the country singer Kenny Chesney.

I went home with that hot older guy, Matt, but when he took his hat off I could see that he was suffering from acute Chesney Syndrome.

down’s syndrome

some of the most amazing people on the planet who are actually extremely intelligent (coz sum of y’all clearly aren’t, throwing shade) and hilarious and beautiful and wonderful human beings. take it from me my sister has it. no it’s not a fucking disease, nothing reduces or amplifies it, you can’t catch it (wtf), people with it don’t suffer, and they’re something funny cute and awesome! so for all y’all insulting people by calling them down’s syndrome, a) find a better insult, b) get a fucking life, c) google it before you use it to be mean and d) think about how other people who know people with down’s syndrome actually feel about you using language like that?!

Vau Syndrome

Vau Syndrome is where someone thinks they are super strong and can take anyone on simply because they look cool.
"Vau" is in reference to the creature Vaumora from the popular roblox game Creatures of Sonaria.

Vaumora is classified as a glass cannon and almost every Vau player forgets that and tries to attack things way stronger than them, which usually leads to an embarrassing death. Other creatures fall victim to Vau Syndrome such as Salrahn, Sar'Hingaro, Hygos and more. Being a glass cannon isn't required to fall victim because sometimes just a damage value over 400 is enough to make someone fall victim to Vau Syndrome.
Vau Syndrome is hard to overcome because most people who have it are stubborn and never learn.

Poor guy has Vau Syndrome. RIP
