a metal head is a person that listens to heavy metal.
usually wearing band shirts (usually black or dark in colour) and wear tight or baggy jeans or dark shorts.
Metal heads are very adept at fighting and can go from being very calm to very aggressive very quickly.
Metal heads are usually very easy to talk to and are "good cunts"

Some bands metal heads listen to include
eg. pantera, slayer, lamb of god, hell yeah, damage plan, motörhead, metallica, megadeth etc...

meathead

A person who acts like an idiot or otherwise incompetent person. They usually do things to try to fit in, but do them wrong. Meatheads also have weird habits that they think are normal, but really aren't. Meatheads are generally slow (mentally) and are obnoxious, and sometimes try to act like experts in areas that are usually unimportant (such as racoon behavior or other such oddities). A synonym for meathead is idiot.

Steve: Dude, that guy's such a fucking meathead (referring to guy who fell).
Greg: Yeah, he can't even ride a bike.
