A form of wedgie in which the victim's underwear is pulled up so far it reaches over their head, usually hooked under the chin so they are blinded at the same time. This can be done as either a back or a front wedgie, though front is much harder to achieve.
I gave atomic wedgies to the nerds who really deserved it. This punishment was best done in a locker room, where I had the time and help from others to give the best atomic wedgies to the nerds and freshmen. It often made them cry, and a couple even pissed their pants because of it. One of my favorite wedgies to dish out .
