The state of a vending machine or other coin operated apparatus that is unable to accept change because some the coin slot has coins or other debris blocking in it.

I was gonna get a coke, but the machine is coinstapated.

coinstipated 

When a person has an irritatingly large number of coins stuffed in their wallet. Someone who is coinstipated needs to take a "coin dump" on their next purchase, in order to relieve pressure and reduce discomfort of the wallet and/or pocket regions.

"I keep paying in bills and now I'm so coinstipated that my wallet feels like it's about to explode!"

Management is not sure if we are over the hump yet, so they are brining in some coin-operated employees to help with this project.
