the bread zone is when you have put too little of your sandwich filling of choice into your sandwich and therefore entering the bread zone.

A time in ones life that may come more often for some than others. This "Zone" is a frenzy of the mathical kind. During ones "Math Zone" the person is confident with their math abilities and even ENJOYS math. Nerds are prone to this "Zone".

Person 1: "Hey can you ask such and such for his ruler?"
Person 2: "Don't bother man, he's in his math zone"
