an app where teenagers lip sync or dance to different songs. the dance songs usually have a deep bass beat where you can hit the woah to and a clap sound that you clap to. some tik toks have a vine type feel to it. often times you fine depressed girls with low self confidence trying to be funny, e boys, vsco girls, every teenager on the planet, etc. it used to be super cringe (music.ly) but now its just normal to do in school when you're bored.
