high-blab

When someone is high and they are speaking in gibberish, making no sense at all, except for the person they are speaking to that is also high. High blab can only be understood by another high person.

'Blah blah blah will you play my song?' Friend: 'Yeah dude wtf?!' Non-high person: 'Dude I can't understand your high-blab!'

to the younger croud, the term is "chit- chatting"
