the act of a disoriented cocky person running around in a drug addled state in such a strange manner that it appears to the people watching the person that he/she is playing a game of tag with themselves.

Man you should have seen that kid at the party last night, he was so wasted he was losing his mind. He was yelling at the top of his lungs declaring his superiority to the universe. It was far out and he was trying to play a game of tag with himself. I think he dropped acid he was on a staggeringswaggertag trip.
