Claptomaniacs find it irresistible to applaud even the smallest of successes, like finishing a cup of coffee, sending an email, or correctly guessing the weather for the day. While clapping is often a social cue for praise or excitement, a claptomaniac takes it to the next level, turning everyday moments into personal rounds of applause. Though harmless, their behavior can baffle those around them.
