A fugly wugly is someone who is well, ugly. He usually has long hair and nice hands. He's very mean and rude. A fugly wugly may be ugly but he makes time fly and he's so great to talk to. They're also the best boyfriend you can possibly have. They're also best friend material. Fugly wugly's are very dumb, too. The only thing funny about them is their face and stupidity.
