tyrannical ogress

A person who works in accounting and calls about purchases made on credit cards and shares an office with another person in accounting. She works in Great Plains a lot and does some report writing in Crystal Reports. She also keeps up with the blackberry and cell phones and the bills.

The tyrannical ogress in accounting can't find a bill from Dove Data products.
