Word for people, which are harder than a Julian (search for Julian). They are almost blond but don't look like Justin Bieber! (C'mon they're not gay!) If you meet one, my advice is:

1. Stay Calm
2. Say a polite "Good Day Sir!"
3. Dont try to eat him, beacause he will poisen you

To express extreme emotion towards an individual or inanimate object, such as a rock or wall. This can happen without warning and leads to everyone calling it an early night. Symptoms include crying, yelling, punching, and a loss of self-worth. Comparable to freaking out, but with an added dimension of anger and frustration.

Shelling

Shelling is the removal of finished cigarette ends; ie cigerarette butt tobacco

Typically shelling is to supply the addict with a new cigarette using left over tobacco when a new packet is unaffordable to obtain.

Shelling usually occurs 1 to 2 days before government benefits or a low wage income has been received.

Simply “Shelling” is the removal of tobacco from a used cigarette.

The word Shell’s is used as a singular cigarette butt.

Andrew spent an hour shelling Tobacco from a days pavement sweeping.

Shellings

If something is shellings, it's absolutely amazing. This is most used in UK Garage/ DnB subcultures. Many variations of this word is used to mean different things. Shellerz/ shellington / shelby are all different variations meaning the same thing. If a DJ is "shelling down" at a rave, it means they're shutting it down with their lyrical skill.
