A ragazzini is a deceptive, calculated, and cunning con artist. A ragazzini appears to be intelligent in their inner circle, but lacks street smarts and practical knowledge. A ragazzini can't keep a job, and often smokes weed, consumes opiates, and uses other drugs all day. A ragazzini makes money by scamming family and friends, as well as other frivolous side hustles. After you lend them money, they will try and convince you that you owed them in the first place.

Casey: Hey, do you remember those ragazzinis we went to school with? They used drugs all day and didn't have jobs. I remember they couldn't even figure out how to put air in their bike tires.
John: Yeah, I lent one of them money and they ghosted me when I asked for it back.
