Having someone that knows absolutely nothing about a subject, comes into a room, throws a one line ignorant and biased comment out and quickly retreats.

Similar to walking into a room, laying a huge fart and quickly leaving before the fart begins to smell.

I was talking to my friends having a beer and look who it is..... once again she comes in and quiggs us.
