Preselection is a principle which dictates that women are more attracted to men that seem attractive to other women. So now because your girl 'selected' you, you must be a good mating choice.

In order to leverage the power of preselection you need to demonstrate that you are preselected by other women. Such as telling beautiful women stories of how you banged other beautiful women.
