When you tried to poop but it's so large and hard you need to stretch your butt hole first. You do this by pushing a bit out and pulling it back in, several times, until the b-hole is wide enough to let it finally drop.

A pee-ka-pooch occurs when a male or female wearing an unfortunately small shirt jerks their upper body causing a protrusion of a flabby pooch. When the upper body returns to its relaxed state, the flabby pooch quickly hides back under the shirt.

Dude, did you see that girl?! She was dancing to some Beyonce, and when she put her hands up, her peekapooch said hello.

Peekapoop (also spelled peek-a-poop) is when you have to poop real bad. So bad, the poop starts peeking out the butthole.

I.e turtle head
