Instead of waiting in line in the turning lane, Quantavious decided to drive around and cut in front of someone closer to the light. Shithweena was so impressed by Quantavious' driving improvisation, she praised him by saying, "That was some good nigger navigation right there! We be at duh club quicker now!"

She declares that this behavior is navigating as in navigating the bad waters. Usually the bad waters are only bad because she creates such storms in her life and the life of the man who deeply loves her. As the man deeply in love with her discusses her behavior with his friends, "Navigating" soon transforms into the more appropriate word, "NaviSkanking".
This behavior became highly evident in the song "I Won't Give Up" by Jason Maraz as the lyrics states that "And when you're needing your space
To do some navigating I'll be here patiently waiting To see what you find". This song has actually became the battle cry for these women as they relate their behavior to the lyrics and selfishly hope that their man (husband or boyfriend) will endure the hardships in which she has created.
