Knysna

A small town on the coast of South Africa. It is along the garden route. Beautiful scenery, lots to do and full of great people. Knysna means 'ferns' in Khoisan. It is famous for it's lagoon, the Knysna forest, the 'heads' and the Knysna seahorse. Knysna's other claim to fame is the home to the fabled Knysna forest elephant. Also well-known for its annual oyster festival. A wonderful place to live or come on holiday to.
