Fromey. A mixture of the words 'Friend' and 'Homey'. Using more of the 'Homey' word than 'Friend'.

This has no seperate meaning from Homey.

But some people use it for entertainment purposes, and it is incredibly annoying.

Chillax is often used with the word Fromey.

Hey, Chillax Fromey.

Male genitals in the flaccid state. Excess skin causes it to resemble a dwarf wearing an oversized trench coat, potato sack or loose sock. Thus giving it a frumpy appearance.
