A mix between "slather" and "fling" mainly used in extreme disgust. A notable reason why you shouldn't bring hoofed animals to comedy clubs.

John: "Hey bro, did ya see last night's comedy special?"
Pete: "No, but I heard it was disgusting."
John: "Yeah, somebody rode their horse in and it flathered snot all over the club!"
