caused by heroin abuse during pregnancy.

Chromiesexual

One who derives sexual pleasure from or seeks out relationships with individuals who have Down Syndrome as a result of an extra chromosome. There are no gender boundaries in a chromiesexual relationship, so if the individual in question has an interested Homie with an extra chromie, it's fair game.
