A jubbalander can mean someone from the pre-1925 British Jubaland state; it can also mean someone from the revived Jubaland created by Barre Adan Hiraale, Cabdicasiis Aganje Garamgaram, Abdulahi Faratag, Mohamed Gandhi and Maxamed Boodhe.

Bungaland

Any area in which all the houses are bungalows and there aren't any significant buildings (shopping centres, offices, etc) nearby to break up the bungalows. Usually, the majority of a bungaland's population are elderly.

"Why are we going this way? Doesn't it take a lot longer?"
"Yeah, but I don't want to have to drive through bungaland."
